Firstly, the compact and lightweight design of the Nokia 5310, measuring 123.7 mm in length and 52.7 mm in width, stands out. The robust plastic body gives a solid feel. Interestingly, you can remove the back cover to reveal two SIM card slots and a micro SD card slot, allowing easy battery replacement and storage expansion.

Display

Moving on to the display, the Nokia 5310 features a 2.4-inch display on the front. The display resolution of 240×320 pixels, standard for feature phones, may not compare to the high-resolution displays of modern smartphones, but it serves the phone’s intended use well.

Speakers

In terms of audio, a single speaker equips the Nokia 5310. The speaker delivers loud and clear sound, making it ideal for listening to music or making hands-free calls.

Music

The Nokia 5310 stands out with its dedicated music controls. The right side of the phone houses the pause/play and track navigation buttons, all highlighted in red. The left side features the volume controls. These dedicated music controls simplify controlling your music without having to navigate through the phone’s menu. The phone also includes a 3.5 mm audio jack at the top for connecting headphones.

Durability

When it comes to durability, the Nokia 5310 is built to last. Its sturdy plastic construction can withstand daily wear and tear. However, some users have reported issues with the keys not responding over time and the phone not turning on unless plugged into power.

Connectivity

Lastly, the Nokia 5310 supports dual SIM cards, allowing you to use two different mobile networks simultaneously. It also has a micro SD card slot for expanding the phone’s storage capacity. The phone runs on Nokia’s Series 30+ software and is powered by a Mediatek 6260A chip. It has 8 MB RAM and 16 MB of onboard storage, which can be expanded up to 32 GB using a microSD card.
